Sept., 1^st, 2016 – March, 1^st, 2017: New enhancements requests can be submitted on NERS or Google forms
March, 2^nd, 2017 – May, 1^st, 2017: IGeLU and ELUNA Aleph PWGs review the requests and submit them on NERS
May, 2^nd , 2017 – June, 1^st, 2017 – First voting cycle
June, 2^nd, 2017 – Sept., 1^st, 2017: Aleph PWGs work with Ex Libris to clarify requests and pointing
Nov., 2^st, 2017 – Dec., 15^th, 2017: Final voting cycle
Dec., 15^th, 2017 – Jan., 2018 – Aleph PWGs select most voted enhancements and send them to Ex Libris
