What a remarkable year

Dear reader,

We have breaking news on the completely renewed Product Development Collaboration Agreement which is a perfect end of year event.

The end of 2014 is near and what a year it was. This issue looks back on the 2014 Oxford Conference and looks forward to the 2015 Budapest Conference.

But there is also sad news, the death of Noam Kaminer, former director of the Ex Libris Global Support Organisation.

Last but not least there is of course news from our working bodies, the Product and Special Interest Working Groups.
